South Windsor Youth Wrestling Team welcomes youth from surrounding towns!

Looking for a new sport? Want the best conditioning? Wrestling is the sport you need to try! Wrestlers at all ages and experience levels improve strength, speed, power, athleticism, as well as both mental and physical toughness and skill. Wrestlers must also learn to work with their partners in order to be successful. For those of you looking for an off-season sport, wrestling can greatly help kids run faster for soccer, hit harder in baseball and be tougher in football, as a few examples. Chances are you know a wrestler in your current sport, or class, we encourage speaking with them about our program and what it has done for them.

As stated, wrestling is a must try! Come check it out, talk with the coaches and see if it's the right fit for you and your child!

USA Wrestling Membership cards must be purchased if the participant does not currently have an active membership.
Memberships cost $46 and may be purchased at the following link HERE - memberships must be active and confirmed with the instructor prior to participation.

Times: Monday through Thursday - 6:00pm-7:30pm
No program held on Wednesday 3/20/2024
