Summer Swim Lessons • Register • View Cart •

Group swimming lessons; groups divided by skill levels defined by the American Red Cross.  All swimmers should be prepared to swim for level testing as levels may change.  Swim tests for new sessions can be done during any Open Swim session prior to the first lesson.  All swimmers must be tested in order to be placed in an appropriate level.  Class times will be given after the swim tests.

Swim tests for Session 1 swimmers will be held at any Open Swim session between June 7th and June 15th.

Swim tests for Sessions 2-4 are held any time the pool is open during the week before the session begins.  Participants only need to be tested before their first session and will be placed in the appropriate level for subsequent sessions.

Session 1:               June 23 – July 3  **No classes on July 4th
Session 2:               July 7– July 18  
Session 3:               July 21 – July 1
Session 4:               Aug 4 – Aug 15

Session #1 Registration will open May 12th.  Registration will close June 13th.
Session #2 Registration will open on June 13th. Registration will close June 27th.
Session #3 Registration will open on June 27th. Registration will close July 11th.
Session #4 Registration will open July 11th. Registration will close July 25th.

Participants:
Swimmers from 4 to 14 years old
Parent and Child Lessons are offered for children 6 months to 3 years old.

Days and Times:
Lessons begin in mid-June
Daily 1/2 hour lessons are held Monday through Friday
Class times dependent on swim level
Classes offered between 9:00 am and noon and between 4:30 and 6:00 pm each day

Evening swim lessons run Monday through Thursday evenings.

**No classes will be held on July 4th**

Sessions:
Two-week sessions run consecutively from mid-June thru mid-August.

Location:
All lessons are held at Pesci Pool.


A Special Note to Parents:  It is our policy that parents are NOT permitted on the pool deck during swimming lessons.  You -may watch your child from outside the fence only.  Because of the gap in lessons from summer to summer some swimmers may lose endurance.  If this should occur, the lifeguards may reassign the swimmer to a more appropriate level.
